SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PT may begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES (after processing)
- United States Standard: 3–7 business days
- United States Expedited: 2–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- Lost packages: If your package is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days.
- Incorrect address: WHITIQ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check before submitting.
- Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
PO BOXES & APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS only.
