Welcome to WHITIQ 2.0 ("WHITIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getwhitiq.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. Products in our Kids Care collection must be purchased and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

2. PRODUCTS
WHITIQ sells cosmetic oral care products including teeth whitening strips, toothbrushes, kids' oral care, mouthwash, and rinses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or dental condition. Consult a licensed dentist before use if you have dental work, gum disease, tooth sensitivity, are pregnant or nursing, or have any underlying condition.

4. ORDERS & PRICING
All orders are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors at any time. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.

5. PAYMENT
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount including taxes and shipping.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, product designs, and the WHITIQ name — is owned by WHITIQ 2.0 and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHITIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WHITIQ, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
